Trumps tweets are just like him
Extremely stupid and not aging well
A national emergency on climate change, healthcare, gun violence, and poverty coming right up
“This is going to backfire on them in a major way—and the tragedy is that every one of them knows this. The core of conservatism has always been a distrust of a powerful national government and the necessity of imposing restraints on it. That’s out the window now, like nearly every other tenet that held the movement together.”
The president’s latest decision will backfire on conservatives.
Donald Trump is a prince of lies. possessed of a blinding lack of self-awareness and totally devoid of a capacity for critical self-reflection. As the Washington Post has exhaustively documented, Trump has told at least 8,000 lies as president. Tuesday night’s State of the Union address added to
Let me get this straight:
Kamala Harris is giving a “prebuttal” to Trumps state of the union address, whatever that is.
Stacy Abrams is giving the official democratic response
Xavier Becerra is giving the Spanish language rebuttal
Bernie Sanders will give his own rebuttal after Stacy Abrams speaks

“Both Trump on the one hand, and Ocasio-Cortez and Sanders on the other, identified several crises, but perhaps the most exigent is the crisis of leadership. It’s either time for Democrats to learn, or it’s time for them to change the guard.”
Sanders and AOC proved they are leaders with their rebuttal of Trumps lie fueled adresss. Schumer and Pelosi proved how out of touch and ineffective they are. Outside of Schumer’s “we don’t govern by temper tantrum” line, their rebuttal was lackluster at best.
The Democratic Party struggles to keep even in a rhetorical battle it should be winning by a landslide.
“In total, 81 percent of respondents said the best use of the $5 billion would be on healthcare, education, or infrastructure, not the border wall.”
According to a new Business Insider poll, only 19 percent of respondents said a border wall would be “the best use” of $5 billion
