Big Tech brainwashing the youth with right wing trash-onomics
6 conglomerates control 90% of the media in America.
2 tech companies control the majority of information flow through society.
How can we possibly think freedom of the press or information can exist in such a system?
I agree with this. Alex Jones is a toxic influence on America, but Big tech banning him is a slippery slope that we shouldn’t go down.
The moral of the story is, a few corporations have way too much control over our every day lives from the food we eat, the music we listen to, to the information we receive. The amount of economic power that these companies hold is unrivaled in human history, from the time of Kings and pharaohs to the robber barrons Rockefeller and Carnegie.
It is time to break these monopolies up and level the playing field

“Google’s willingness to spread cash around the think tanks and advocacy groups focused on internet and telecommunications policy has effectively muted, if not silenced, criticism of the company over the past several years, said Marc Rotenberg, the president of the Electronic Privacy Information Center. His group, which does not accept any corporate funding, has played a leading role in calling out Google and other tech companies for alleged privacy violations. “
