People wonder why we have so many issues with violence in America, yet they fail to recognize that American culture is inherently violent by design.
People blame guns, “toxic masculinity”, racism, and any other phrase of the day for our issues, but the fact is America is and always has been violent.
We have been in state of perpetual warfare for decades. We have industrialized violence and it has permeated our culture and body politic. The country that slaughters innocent people around the globe can’t claim to have a non violent culture. Hollywood and the media apparatus glorify war, justify murder, and propagate violence on a daily basis. Popular culture desensitizes violence to the youth and constantly pushes the envelope on blood and gore.
A country founded on the mass genocide of native populations, a country that imported human beings to be sold and used as property, a society that erected systems to allow for the brutal exploitation of workers can not claim to be nonviolent. A country founded on murder and exploitation will be violent to its core.
Guns are most definitely a problem in this country, but our culture that glorifies violence and weaponry is the true problem. Until we as a country value human life more than weaponry, we will continue to deal with mass murder.
I honestly don’t know how anyone still likes this lady after all she has done
“The politically-explosive revelation that Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic Party paid for some of the research that produced an uncorroborated election-year dossier connecting President Trump to Russia may have broken campaign laws.”

You can tell the difference between people who really care about issues and those who just hate Trump.
George W Bush is a war criminal and should be in prison for life – at least. Nobody should be giving George W kudos for “speaking against Trump” as without his faux patriotism and anti intellectualism we would not have Trump as president today.
Please stop elevating people who are trash just because they want to make themselves seem relevant by bashing Trump.
“The plan for now is to suspend the debt ceiling until Dec. 15 and then revisit it with a vote by Congress before then, but the Treasury Department would retain flexibility to take emergency steps, two congressional aides said.”
“We had a very good meeting with Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer,” Trump told reporters.
Here Are 24 of the Biggest Issues Facing the Country—And the DC Elites and Media Don’t Bother Addressing Them
“Let me suggest that any one of these two dozen issues — none seriously covered, discussed, or debated in the American media or in the political mainstream — bears more directly on the wellbeing of the United States and our prospects for avoiding global conflict than anything Donald Trump may have said or done during his first 100 days as president. Collectively, they define the core of the national security challenges that presently confront this country, even as they languish on the periphery of American politics.”
It remains to be seen how much damage Donald Trump’s presidency will wreak. Donald Trump’s election has elicited impassioned affirmations of a renewed commitment to unvarnished truth-telling from the prestige media. The common theme: you know you can’t trust him, but trust us to keep dogging him o…
Trump and the GOP really love freedom!
“The White House is instructing Cabinet heads and agency officials not to elaborate on President Donald Trump’s proposed budget cuts beyond what was in a relatively brief submission, a move Democrats decried as a gag order.”
Budget Director Mick Mulvaney wrote in a memo that until the full budget is released in May, all public comments should be limited to agency documents.
