The right wing is having a really hard time discrediting Medicare for all this week
“Disappearing jobs, creaking public services, a lack of affordable housing: all have led to a widespread desire for a rupture with the old order. The radical right is feeding from this disillusion. Only a left that offers a genuine alternative – to hold powerful vested interests to account, rather than scapegoating migrants and Muslims – can hope to defeat this political poison.”
Some dream of a centre party, but the old politics of Blair and Clinton cannot address insecurity and economic stagnation, says Guardian columnist Owen Jones
Hillary Clinton and her die hard supporters are everything wrong with politics. Trying to get Sanders outed with false accusers is Republican level scum baggery, but then again, that’s nothing new for the Clinton’s.
The die hard democrats have gotten so bad that you can’t even critique the 2016 election without being a “Trump supporter”.
I never supported Trump! He’s an absolute scumbag and con man. If I post about WHY he won, that doesn’t mean I do / did support him. Talking about what happened in the past doesn’t mean I am happy about those outcomes.
And all the liberals complaining about the electoral college, maybe the Democratic Party should have gotten rid of it after the last asshole nearly ruined our country? Remember Bush, the one who never won and was installed by the Supreme Court?
Democrats love to complain about the system, but they never reform it when they have power. My state is controlled by Dems and won’t even pass the national popular vote compact today! They won’t even end the EC today, because “they don’t want to seem political”. Yeah sure
