Robbin Reagan – steal from the poor and give to the rich
Americans are tired of footing the bill for corporations that refuse to give their employees at the bottom raises. Isn’t it time to pass corporate tax reform that penalizes companies that force their employees to rely on taxpayer funds in order to put food on their tables? If you can’t pay a decent wage, then pay triple taxes to cover the cost of feeding your employees.
“It turns out that the United States government can afford to offer Americans up to $12,000 a year, which would cost about as much as one of Donald Trump’s latest tax reform proposals”
I don’t believe a Universal Basic Income is a good solution to our problems. The fact that everyone could get so much money from Trump’s proposed tax cut is insane though.
Instead of corporate tax cuts for big companies that can be used to create more robots, we could allow Americans to benefit from the wealth automation creates.
But Wall Street knows exactly how to pay for them: Cut your Social Security benefits.
I guess it’s time for Obama to cash in on all those favors he gave to Wall Street…
“Former President Obama has agreed to speak at a Wall Street conference run by Cantor Fitzgerald LP, senior officials at the firm told FOX Business.
Obama will speak at Cantor’s health care conference this September for a fee of $400,000 and has agreed to be the keynote speaker at a luncheon held on one day of the event.”

Wow. Watch the video. United overbooks flights to charge more from customers, then they beat you up if you don’t get off the plane.
“In the world of contemporary capitalism, just expecting to receive the services you paid for is often too much to ask. And if you don’t want to be complicit in United’s (and other airline’s) scheme of overbooking flights to squeeze every penny possible, you could be forcibly dragged off a plane while other passengers look on in horror.”
On Sunday, a man was forcibly dragged off a United flight headed from Chicago to Louisville after he refused to give up his seat to a United employee who “needed to be in Louisville” for a flight the following day, The Courier-Journal reports.
For some, the easiest course of action would be to give up and go quietly into Trump’s America. Us? Hell no.
The odds are stacked against us. The DNC does not want us get exposure. Establishment Dems do not want us to succeed. Corporatists will fund our opposition and detractors will engage in whisper campaigns against us. But that’s their game, not ours.
We will drag the Democratic Party out of the grip of corporations and lobbyists, one election at a time, and end the defrauding of voters.
