Do u feel the same? #notmypresident #antitrump #impeachtrump #resist
The humanitarian crisis in Syria was caused by America. Let me break this down for you, since Rachel Maddow, Chris Matthews, or whichever faux liberal you listen to will just keep deceiving you.
After we illegally invaded and toppled Iraq, millions of people fled their destroyed nation, many ending up in Syria. Due to the increased population and scarce resources from draught spurred by climate change, people in Syria began going hungry. After subsequent years of population growth and declining crop production, the populace became angry and began revolting.
Into this tumultuous situation, the US government organized and staged a failed coup against Assad. Prior to this, Syria was the most progressive country in the Middle East. Women could own property, attend school, people in general enjoyed many liberal freedoms, and Syria was a vacation destination. Europeans would go on holiday and walk the beaches in bikinis, Syria was a nice place. We tried to overthrow Assad and failed. This spurred a civil war that has festered for close to a decade, killing and displacing millions. Syria is now an absolute hell hole, on the brink of being overrun by Islamists.
When people use “atrocities” from Assad as justification for us to get involved, it just shows how ignorant they are. We should have never staged a coup or tried to overthrow Assad, just as we should have never invaded Iraq, or gotten involved in Libya.
Apparently this is just a service he does out of the kindness of his heart. We are in an era where the Republican party isn’t even pretending to represent their constituents. So who does he actually represent? Top donors:
Oil and Gas companies
What a man of the people
“You say you pay for me to do this? That’s bullcrap.”
The Amendments to the US Constitution that the entire Republican party wants, especially the Balanced Budget Amendment that would that would force Congress to spend more more than it takes in Taxation annually which would make stimulating the economy in the New Deal way impossible so long as the BBA is in force.
1.Prohibit Congress from regulating activity that occurs wholly within one State.
2.Require Congress to balance its budget.
3.Prohibit administrative agencies—and the unelected bureaucrats that staff them—from creating federal law.
4.Prohibit administrative agencies—and the unelected bureaucrats that staff them—from preempting state law.
5.Allow a two-thirds majority of the States to override a U.S. Supreme Court decision.
6.Require a seven-justice super-majority vote for U.S. Supreme Court decisions that invalidate a democratically enacted law.
7.Restore the balance of power between the federal and state governments by limiting the former to the powers expressly delegated to it in the Constitution.
8.Give state officials the power to sue in federal court when federal officials overstep their bounds.
9.Allow a two-thirds majority of the States to override a federal law or regulation.
“Dems to white wash themselves to portray populist economics”
Reading this article, it talks about Schumer, Pelosi, Himes, and the New Democrat coalition pushing a populist agenda.
Sorry, but these people are the problem with the Democratic Party. Corporate tools are not populists.
Party leaders believe they can only rely on Trump messing up for so long.
Remember when Trump acted like he was anti-war? I guess that was before he realized how profitable wars were…The GBU43 bomb costs $314 million
The US has deployed the largest non-nuclear bomb in its inventory on an ISIS target in a remote part of far northeast Afghanistan.
Trump just dropped a $314 million bomb on Afghanistan.
CNN reports the GBU-43/B Massive Ordnance Air Blast Bomb — nicknamed the “Mother of All Bombs” (MOAB) — was dropped in at 7 p.m. local time today
